HAZARDOUS WEATHER...

 * Southwest winds gusting between 45 and 50 mph.

 * The strongest winds are expected in the Saginaw Valley and
   Thumb regions.

 * Peak time now through 5 PM.

IMPACTS...

 * Difficult travel conditions for high profile vehicles.

 * Scattered power outages may occur.

 * Loose objects will be blown around.
