...CAUTIOUS TRAVEL IS ADVISED FOR REDUCED VISIBILITY AND SNOW-
COVERED ROADWAYS THIS EVENING...

WEATHER...

 * NORTHWEST WINDS AROUND 15 MPH GUSTING TO 25 MPH WILL RESULT IN
   LOCALIZED BLOWING SNOW ACROSS THE THUMB DURING THE EVENING
   COMMUTE.

 *  SNOWFALL INTENSITY WILL BY HIGHLY VARIABLE ACROSS THE REGION.
    THIS WILL LEAD TO RAPID FLUCTUATIONS IN VISIBILITIES. SNOWFALL
    ACCUMULATIONS BETWEEN 430 PM AND 7 PM WILL RANGE FROM A HALF
    INCH TO AN INCH.

 * AIR TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE BETWEEN 26 AND 29 DEGREES.

IMPACTS...

 * SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL RESULT IN RAPID REDUCTIONS OF
   VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN ONE MILE.

 * THE NORTHWEST WINDS MAY LEAD TO DRIFTING OF SNOW ON ALL
   ROADWAYS PARTICULARLY IN LOCATIONS WITH OPEN EXPOSURE.
