 * SNOW WILL INCREASE COVERAGE OVER THE AREA BUT REMAIN LIGHT DURING
   THE EARLY MORNING.

 * ACCUMULATION OF A DUSTING TO ONE HALF INCH BETWEEN 530 AM AND
   8 AM.

 * A VERY LIGHT AND BRIEF PERIOD OF FREEZING DRIZZLE IS ALSO
   POSSIBLE AT ONSET.
