...CAUTIOUS TRAVEL IS ADVISED FOR SNOW-COVERED ROADWAYS AND
REDUCED VISIBILITIES THROUGH TONIGHT...

WEATHER...

 * As light to moderate snow diminishes in intensity, lake effect
   snow has become to stream onshore. Occasional 1 inch per hour
   rates will be possible through the evening.

 * An additional 1 to 2 inches of snow will be possible through
   midnight.

 * Northeast winds around 10 mph with gusts to 10 mph.

 * Air temperatures will range between 17 and 23 degrees.

IMPACTS...

 * Visibilities may fall to 1/4 mile at times.

 * Roads will quickly become snow-covered in areas of heavier
   snowfall rates.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

 * The combination of Heavy Snow and cold temperatures will
   result in localized slippery conditions and variable traffic
   rates throughout the county. Motorists are urged to use
   caution and account for the variable driving conditions by
