...RAIN CHANGING TO SNOW ACROSS THE SAGINAW VALLEY...

...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT...

RAIN IS QUICKLY CHANGING TO SNOW ACROSS THE SAGINAW VALLEY LATE
THIS AFTERNOON. IN ADDITION SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO GUST
TO 45 TO 50 MPH. THE COMBINATION OF SNOW AND HIGH WINDS WILL CAUSE
VISIBILITIES TO DROP SIGNIFICANTLY TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES.
MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO EXERCISE CAUTION AS VISIBILITIES CAN DROP
SIGNIFICANTLY IN A VERY SHORT DISTANCE. SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS ARE
EXPECTED TO BE MINOR...WITH ONE HALF OF AN INCH POSSIBLE BETWEEN 5
PM AND 7 PM.
