...COLD CONDITIONS WITH MIXED RAIN AND SNOW THROUGH THE EVENING...

WEATHER...

 * NORTH WINDS AROUND 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH AT TIMES THROUGH
   THE EVENING.

 * AIR TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE BETWEEN 33 AND 38 DEGREES AT 5 PM.
   MOST LOCATIONS WILL FALL TO NEAR THE FREEZING MARK BY 9 PM

 * WIND CHILL IN THE MID 20S DURING LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

 * MIXED RAIN AND SNOW THROUGH THE EVENING. NO ACCUMULATION.
