...HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT...

The leading edge of heavier showers extending from the Tri Cities to
Owosso to Adrian at 530 PM will move rapidly eastward through
southeast Michigan by 700 PM.

Wind gusts from 40 to 50 mph are likely with localized 60 mph gusts
possible along and ahead of this line.

The strong wind gusts will make driving hazardous during the peak
evening travel period...especially for high profile vehicles.

Damage to trees and structures will be possible which could lead to
power outages.

A high wind warning is in effect through tonight.
