...Areas of dense fog this morning...

Areas of dense fog have developed this morning...reducing
visibility to a quarter of a mile or less in spots. Motorists
should be prepared for reduced visibilities and allow for extra
time to reach their destination. Low beam headlights should be
turned on. Fog will be slow to dissipate this morning.
