...CAUTIOUS TRAVEL IS ADVISED FOR SNOW-COVERED ROADWAYS AND
REDUCED VISIBILITIES THIS AFTERNOON...

WEATHER...

 * MODERATE SNOW WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN MICHIGAN DURING THE
   AFTERNOON.

 * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO 2 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN AREAS
   IMPACTED BETWEEN 130 PM AND 4 PM.

 * SOUTHWEST WINDS AROUND 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH.

 * AIR TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE BETWEEN 23 AND 26 DEGREES.

IMPACTS...

 * ACCUMULATING SNOW MAY LEAD TO SLIPPERY ROADS PARTICULARLY ON
   BRIDGES...EXIT RAMPS...AND OVERPASSES.

 * MODERATE SNOW WILL CAUSE REDUCTIONS OF VISIBILITY TO LESS
   THAN ONE MILE. THERE MAY BE RAPID FLUCTUATIONS OF VISIBILITY.

 * THE COMBINATION OF MODERATE SNOW AND COLD TEMPERATURES WILL
   RESULT IN LOCALIZED SLIPPERY CONDITIONS AND VARIABLE TRAFFIC
