MORNING THROUGH MID-AFTERNOON...

WEATHER...

 * LIGHT SNOW WILL IMPACT SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN BETWEEN 10AM AND 5PM.

 * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE EXPECTED. THE BULK OF
   ACCUMULATING SNOW IS FORECAST TO OCCUR BETWEEN 11AM AND 2PM.

 * SOUTH WINDS AROUND 10 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 20 MPH.

 * AIR TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE BETWEEN 20 AND 26 DEGREES.

IMPACTS...

 * ACCUMULATING SNOW MAY LEAD TO SLIPPERY ROADS PARTICULARLY ON
   BRIDGES...EXIT RAMPS...AND OVERPASSES.

 * LIGHT SNOW WILL CAUSE VISIBILITY TO FALL AS LOW AS 1 MILE AT
   TIMES.

 * THE COMBINATION OF LIGHT SNOW AND COLD TEMPERATURES WILL
   RESULT IN LOCALIZED SLIPPERY CONDITIONS AND VARIABLE TRAFFIC
   RATES THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO USE
   CAUTION AND ACCOUNT FOR THE VARIABLE DRIVING CONDITIONS BY
