 * TEMPERATURES RANGING BETWEEN 29 AND 33 DEGREES WILL CAUSE
   RESIDUAL MOISTURE TO FREEZE ON ROADWAYS DURING THE MORNING
   COMMUTE.

 * WEST WINDS AROUND 5 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 10 MPH.
