...CAUTIOUS TRAVEL IS ADVISED FOR RAPID REDUCTIONS OF VISIBILITY
AND LOCALLY HEAVY SNOWFALL FROM M 59 NORTH TO I 69...

WEATHER...

 * SNOW SQUALLS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN MICHIGAN DURING THE
   MORNING COMMUTE.

 * WIDELY VARYING SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS A TRACE
   TO LOCALLY ONE INCH CAN BE EXPECTED BETWEEN 7 AM AND 10 AM.

 * SOUTHWEST WINDS AROUND 10 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 20 MPH.

 * AIR TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE BETWEEN 20 AND 25 DEGREES.

IMPACTS...

 * VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE MILE AT TIMES DUE
   TO THE SNOW SQUALLS. RAPID FLUCTUATIONS OF VISIBILITY WILL
   OCCUR.

 * ACCUMULATING SNOW MAY LEAD TO SLIPPERY ROADS PARTICULARLY ON
   BRIDGES...EXIT RAMPS...AND OVERPASSES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

 * THE COMBINATION OF THE SNOW SQUALLS AND GUSTY WINDS WILL RESULT
   IN LOCALIZED POOR VISIBILITIES. THESE REDUCED VISIBILITIES
   ALONG WITH SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY ROADS WILL CAUSE VARIABLE
   TRAFFIC RATES THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO USE
   CAUTION AND ACCOUNT FOR THE VARIABLE DRIVING CONDITIONS BY
   ALLOWING EXTRA TIME.
