SAGINAW TO 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF OWOSSO...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

PEA SIZE HAIL...WINDS GREATER THAN 40 MPH...AND HEAVY
DOWNPOURS...ARE EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS. MINOR FLOODING
