WIDESPREAD FOG IS DEVELOPING THIS EVENING WITH EMBEDDED PATCHES OF
VERY DENSE FOG. VISIBILITIES RANGE FROM ONE QUARTER OF A MILE TO
NEARLY ZERO WITHIN THESE PATCHES. MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED TO
PREPARE FOR RAPID REDUCTIONS IN VISIBILITY WHEN TRAVELING TONIGHT.
