 * PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN MICHIGAN DURING THE
   MORNING.

 * SOUTHWEST WINDS AROUND 5 MPH.

 * PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES IN SOME AREAS TO LESS
   THAN ONE QUARTER MILE. RAPID FLUCTUATIONS OF VISIBILITY MAY
   OCCUR.
