 * PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL IMPACT PORTIONS OF THE SAGINAW VALLEY AND
   THUMB THROUGH DAYBREAK.

 * LIGHT AND VARIABLE WINDS.

IMPACTS...

 * PATCHY DENSE FOG MAY REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO NEAR ZERO AT
   TIMES. RAPID FLUCTUATIONS OF VISIBILITY WILL OCCUR.
