 * A BRIEF PERIOD /LESS THAN AN HOUR/ OF FREEZING RAIN IS POSSIBLE EARLY
   THIS MORNING BEFORE TEMPERATURES RISE ABOVE FREEZING.

 * THE PRECIPITATION WILL MOVE INTO THE AREA BETWEEN 430 AM AND 6 AM.

 * EAST WINDS AROUND 5 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 15 MPH.

 * AIR TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE BETWEEN 28 AND 34 DEGREES.

 * LIGHT ICING MAY LEAD TO SLIPPERY ROADS...PARTICULARLY ON
   BRIDGES...EXIT RAMPS...AND OVERPASSES.
