...HEAVY RAINFALL AND REDUCED VISIBILITY FOR MOTORISTS DURING THE
MORNING...

WEATHER...

 * A group of showers and thunderstorms will move through the Tri
   Cities region between 515 AM and 615 AM...and then through the
   Thumb area between 600 AM and 700 AM.

IMPACTS...

 * Locally heavy rainfall will lead to ponding of water on area
   roads and reduced visibility for motorists during the morning
   peak travel period.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

 * Reduced visibilities and ponding of water on roadways may lead
   to variable traffic rates throughout the area. Motorists are
   urged to use caution and account for variable driving conditions
   by slowing down and allowing extra time.
