...SNOW WILL INCREASE COVERAGE AND INTENSITY THROUGH MID MORNING...

WEATHER...

 * A BAND OF SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTHWARD FROM THE OHIO
   BORDER AND INTENSIFY THROUGH MID MORNING.

 * ACCUMULATION AROUND 1 INCH IS EXPECTED BETWEEN 7 AM AND 10 AM.

IMPACTS...

 * ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL LEAD TO SLIPPERY CONDITIONS ON UNTREATED
   ROADS PARTICULARLY ON BRIDGES...EXIT RAMPS...AND OVERPASSES.

 * VISIBILITY REDUCED TO ONE HALF MILE WITH RAPID FLUCTUATIONS.
