THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. FOG WILL BE LOCALLY DENSE...RESULTING IN
RAPID FLUCTUATIONS IN VISIBILITY. VISIBILITY OF 1/4 MILE OR LESS
CAN BE EXPECTED AT TIMES. THESE FOGGY CONDITIONS WILL LIKELY
PERSIST THROUGH THE MORNING COMMUTE...BEFORE GRADUALLY LIFTING.
