 * PATCHY FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET WILL IMPACT THE AREA EARLY THIS
   AFTERNOON.

 * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO A HALF INCH ARE EXPECTED BETWEEN
   1 PM AND 4 PM.

 * AIR TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE BETWEEN 27 AND 33 DEGREES.
