...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT MACOMB AND ST. CLAIR COUNTIES...

At 411 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Richmond,
moving east at 30 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with this storm.

This storm will be near...
  St. Clair around 430 PM EDT.
  Marysville around 435 PM EDT.
  Port Huron around 445 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Anchorville, North
Street, Shelby Township, Lynn Township, Ray Center, Brockway, Utica,
Washington, Fort Gratiot and Avoca.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
