 * TEMPERATURES WILL BE AROUND FREEZING AT THE START OF THE
   RAIN...THEY WILL THEN RISE SHORTLY AFTER THE RAIN BEGINS.

 * SOUTHEAST WINDS AROUND 5 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 15 MPH.

 * AIR TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE BETWEEN 29 AND 35 DEGREES.
