...SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT...

At 856 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm over
Howell, moving northeast at 50 mph.

Half inch hail and winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with
this storm.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Cohoctah and Oak Grove around 905 PM EST.
  Hartland around 910 PM EST.
  Linden around 915 PM EST.
  Fenton around 920 PM EST.
  Holly and Lake Fenton around 925 PM EST.
  Grand Blanc and Goodrich around 930 PM EST.
  Davison around 940 PM EST.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Atlas, Davisburg,
Rankin, Holly State Recreation Area, Rose Center, Argentine, Tyrone
Township and Deerfield Township.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
