FOG WILL PERSIST THROUGH 8 AM...THEN IT WILL BEGIN TO LIFT.
VISIBILITIES IN THE FOG WILL RANGE FROM A HALF MILE TO LESS THAN A
QUARTER MILE. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO SLOW DOWN AND BE PREPARED FOR
RAPIDLY FLUCTUATING VISIBILITIES.
