...TRAVEL WILL BE TREACHEROUS EARLY THIS MORNING...

ALTHOUGH TEMPERATURES WILL SLOWLY WARM ABOVE FREEZING EARLY THIS
MORNING...IT WILL TAKE SEVERAL HOURS TO MELT THE ICE OFF UNTREATED
SURFACES. THERE HAVE BEEN NUMEROUS SPOTTER REPORTS EARLY THIS
MORNING THAT UNTREATED ROADS AND SIDEWALKS ARE EXTREMELY ICY. THE
ICE IS COATED WITH A LAYER OF WATER...MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO
DETERMINE WHETHER THE ROADS ARE ICY OR JUST WET. CAUTIOUS TRAVEL
IS ADVISED THIS MORNING.
