...AREAS OF FOG WILL DEVELOP LATE TONIGHT...

Areas of fog will fill in over far southern Michigan late tonight.
Visibilities will fall between one mile and one-half mile for
many locations, with a few locations falling as low as one-quarter
of a mile by 200 AM. Patchy light drizzle will also occur. Temperatures
will remain around the freezing mark. Motorists are urged to use
caution while driving in low visibility and watch for occasional
slick spots on untreated roadways.
