WIDESPREAD FOG WILL PERSIST ACROSS THE AREA INTO THE EARLY
AFTERNOON HOURS. AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY TO LESS
THAN HALF A MILE AT TIMES. THE POTENTIAL EXISTS FOR RAPID
FLUCTUATIONS IN VISIBILITY DURING THIS TIME. CAUTIOUS TRAVEL IS
ADVISED.
