4 MILES NORTH OF MONROE TO TEMPERANCE...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.

WINDS GREATER THAN 30 MPH...FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...
BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS...ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.
