AT 1255 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A
LINE EXTENDING FROM 12 MILES NORTHWEST OF PORT AUSTIN TO NEAR DEWITT.
MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 30 MPH.

EXPECT HEAVY DOWNPOURS WITH THESE STORMS WITH WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS
OF 30 MPH ALSO POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGEST STORMS.
