...HEAVY DOWNPOURS WITH THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH AFTERNOON...

At 313 PM, radar indicated thunderstorms along and east of a line
from Oxford to near Milford to near Britton. Movement was northeast
at 35 mph.

Spotters reported street flooding in Waterford around 300 PM.

Heavy rainfall, low visibility for motorists, and ponding of water
on area roads will remain the primary hazards with the storms. Wind
gusts around 40 mph may also be possible.

These storms will be near...
  West Bloomfield around 325 PM EDT.
  Dundee and Dryden around 330 PM EDT.
  Imlay City, Almont around 335 PM EDT.
  Milan and Maybee around 340 PM EDT.
  Troy, Capac and Willis around 350 PM EDT.
  Carleton and Rochester around 355 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Anchorville,
Franklin, Hudson Mills Metropark, Commerce, New Greenleaf, Auburn
Hills, Samaria, Fort Gratiot, Harper Woods and Pleasant Ridge.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
