MILES NORTHWEST OF NEW LOTHROP...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

WINDS GREATER THAN 30 MPH...BRIEF MODERATE DOWNPOURS...ARE POSSIBLE
WITH THESE STORMS. THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY OF PRODUCING OVER A HALF
INCH OF RAIN IN LESS THAN AN HOUR...WHICH COULD CREATE URBAN AND
SMALL STREAM FLOODING.
