 * EXPECT TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 3 TO 6 INCHES BETWEEN
   MIDNIGHT AND 1 PM TUESDAY. THE LOWEST AMOUNTS WILL BE IN THE
   NORTHERN DETROIT SUBURBS AND THE HIGHEST IN THE SAGINAW VALLEY
   AND THUMB.

 * THE HEAVIEST SNOW IS EXPECTED BETWEEN 3 AM AND AND 9 AM WHEN
   VISIBILITY MAY OCCASIONALLY FALL TO 1/4 MILE DURING THE
   MORNING COMMUTE.

 * AS SNOW TRANSITIONS TO RAIN ON TUESDAY MORNING... A BRIEF MIX
   OF SNOW... FREEZING RAIN... AND SLEET WILL BE POSSIBLE.
