 * LIGHT WINDS RANGING BETWEEN CALM AND 8 MPH WILL COMBINE WITH
   AIR TEMPERATURES BETWEEN MINUS 10 AND MINUS 25 TO CREATE WIND
   CHILLS AS LOW AS MINUS 25.

 * THE COLDEST WIND CHILLS ARE EXPECTED BEFORE 500 AM.

IMPACTS...

 * BITTERLY COLD WIND CHILLS WILL LEAD TO FROST BITE IN 30
   MINUTES OR LESS.

 * PROLONGED EXPOSURE TO THIS EXTREME COLD WILL LEAD TO
   HYPOTHERMIA OR FROST BITE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

 * A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND WINDS WILL
   COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN FROST
   BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. IF
