 *  ICE ACCUMULATIONS...LESS THAN ONE TENTH OF AN INCH.

 *  TEMPERATURES RISING ABOVE 32 DEGREES LATE THIS MORNING WILL
    END THE FREEZING RAIN THREAT.

IMPACTS...

 * UNTREATED AND SNOW-COVERED ROADS WILL BE THE MOST VULNERABLE
   TO SLIPPERY CONDITIONS. SIDEWALKS MAY ALSO BECOME SLICK.
