...LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY MORNING...

Widespread rain with isolated thunderstorms will work northward
over the state through this evening and continue into Thursday
morning before tapering off. At this time, between 0.75 and 1.25
inches of rain is possible over most locations. Locally higher
amounts to 1.50 inches will be possible.

Most rivers are running above normal but below flood stage. This
new rainfall will increase river flows again but should overall stay
below flood stage, unless forecasted rain amounts become higher.
