HYDROLOGIC OUTLOOK
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE GREEN BAY WI
302 PM CDT SUN APR 24 2016

...HEAVY RAINS WILL PRODUCE RISING RIVERS AND STREAMS THIS WEEK...

PERIODS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN ARE LIKELY ACROSS NORTHERN
WISCONSIN AND PARTS OF CENTRAL WISCONSIN THROUGH MONDAY
EVENING...AS A SLOW MOVING STORM SYSTEM TRACKS ACROSS THE WESTERN
GREAT LAKES REGION. THE HEAVIEST RAINS SHOULD OCCUR NORTH OF A
LINE FROM TOMAHAWK TO LAONA TO AMBERG...WHERE UP TO AROUND 2
INCHES OF A SOAKING RAINFALL APPEAR LIKELY BY MONDAY EVENING.
AROUND AN INCH OF RAIN IS EXPECTED OVER MUCH OF CENTRAL AND EAST
CENTRAL WISCONSIN WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS WITH THUNDERSTORMS.

RUNOFF FROM THE HEAVY RAINFALL COULD CAUSE SEVERAL RIVERS AND
STREAMS TO RISE TO ABOVE BANKFULL BY TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY.
SOME MINOR FLOODING IS POSSIBLE.

ANYONE LIVING NEAR A RIVER OR STREAM SHOULD CLOSELY MONITOR
FORECASTS AND STATEMENTS ON THE POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING.
