...THE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL
1100 PM CDT FOR WESTERN SHAWANO COUNTY...

AT 847 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THE THUNDERSTORM THAT PRODUCED
STREET FLOODING IN BIRNAWOOD AROUND 830 PM CDT MOVE EAST INTO MENOMINEE
COUNTY. ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED ACROSS MARATHON
AND PORTAGE COUNTIES AND WILL MOVE ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH 10 PM. THESE
STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAIN AND ADDITIONAL
STREET FLOODING.

BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR RAPIDLY RISING WATER IN DITCHES..SMALL STREAMS
AND CREEKS.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY EXPERIENCE ADDITIONAL FLOODING INCLUDE...
WITTENBERG...BIRNAMWOOD...TIGERTON...MATTOON...BOWLER...ANIWA...ELAND...
SHEPLEY AND WHITCOMB.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...FARMLAND...AND OTHER LOW LYING
SPOTS.
