  CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN BAY OF GREEN BAY...
  NEARSHORE AND OPEN WATERS OF LAKE MICHIGAN FROM ROCK ISLAND
  PASSAGE TO SHEBOYGAN...

AT 145 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LARGE CLUSTER OF SHOWERS
ACROSS NORTHEAST AND EAST-CENTRAL WISCONSIN...THE BACK EDGE EXTENDING
FROM APPLETON TO MANITOWOC. STRONG WINDS TO 45 KNOTS HAVE BEEN REPORTED
ALONG AND JUST BEHIND THIS CLUSTER OF SHOWERS FOR AN HOUR OR TWO.

MOUTH OF THE FOX RIVER AT GREEN BAY AROUND 205 PM CDT.
RAWLEY POINT LIGHT AROUND 215 PM CDT.
KEWAUNEE PIERHEAD LIGHT AROUND 235 PM CDT.
