.REST OF TONIGHT...NE wind 10 to 15 kts increasing to 15 to
25 kts after midnight.  Widespread fog in the evening, then areas
of fog after midnight. A slight chance of light snow in the
evening, then light snow likely after midnight.
.MONDAY...NE wind to 30 kts with gale force gusts to around
40 kts. Snow, rain and a chance of freezing rain.
.MONDAY NIGHT...N wind to 30 kts with gale force gusts to around
35 kts. Light freezing rain likely and a chance of light snow,
then a chance of freezing drizzle after midnight.
.TUESDAY...N wind 15 to 25 kts. A chance of snow showers in the
