HYDROLOGIC STATEMENT
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE GREEN BAY WI
1116 AM CDT Wed May 17 2017

...Above bankfull but below flood stage levels were observed along
the Wisconsin River...Wolf River...Yellow River...

For the Yellow River at Babcock
* The latest stage was 3.1 feet. The river is expected to rise quickly
  to around 12 feet by the end of the week.
* At 12.0 feet, Flooding is confined mainly to agricultural...wooded
  low land and marshes.


For the Wisconsin River below Alexander Reservoir
* The latest stage was 1256 feet.
* At 1257 feet, Flooding affects wooded lowland.


For the Wolf River near Shiocton
* The latest stage was 9.5 feet.
* At 9.0 feet, Which is bankfull stage...there is minor lowland
  flooding including portions of the Shiocton boat landing and city
  park.  Flood stage is at 11 feet.


Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks. The next scheduled
routine statement will be issued tomorrow morning.
