...An ice jam was producing above bankfull but below flood stage
levels along portions of the Big Rib River...

For the Big Rib River at Rib Falls
* The latest stage was 7.7 feet.
* Impacts at 10.0 feet. Flooding affects are mainly lowland areas
  downstream of Rib Falls toward Marathon City.
* Impacts at 9.0 feet. There is minor flooding of low land downstream
  between Rib Falls and Marathon City.  There is minor flooding in
  Lions park in Marathon City.
* Impacts at 7.0 feet. There is minor lowland flooding.  Flood stage
  is 10 feet.

Ice jams can cause water levels to rise suddenly. The next scheduled
statement will be issued later this morning.
