NORTHWEST WINDS. OVERNIGHT LOWS ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM 15
BELOW TO 25 BELOW ZERO OVER NORTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN...10 BELOW TO
15 BELOW ZERO ACROSS CENTRAL WISCONSIN...TO 5 BELOW TO 12 BELOW
ZERO OVER NORTHEAST WISCONSIN. WINDS TONIGHT WILL VARY FROM CALM
TO 7 MPH TO PRODUCE POCKETS OF WIND CHILL READINGS OF 20 TO 30
BELOW ZERO. IF PROPER PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN...WIND CHILLS THIS
LOW CAN RESULT IN FROST BITE TO EXPOSED SKIN IN 30 MINUTES. BE
SURE TO DRESS APPROPRIATELY IF HEADING OUTSIDE LATE TONIGHT OR
