...FRIGID TEMPERATURES EXPECTED TONIGHT/EARLY SUNDAY MORNING...

Clear skies and light winds have allowed temperatures to plummet
early this morning, with readings in the teens and 20s below zero
at the typical cold spots of central and north central Wisconsin.
Temperatures remain in the single digits below zero in eastern
Wisconsin. So far, winds have been light enough to prevent any
significant issues with wind chills.

Temperatures will remain very cold this morning as winds begin to
increase from the south. Wind chills will briefly drop to 20 to
30 below zero across central and north central Wisconsin, and to
10 to 20 below zero in the east.

Anyone going outdoors this morning should dress in layers. Make
sure to wear a hat and gloves, and cover all exposed skin.
Frostbite can occur if precautions are not taken.
