...PATCHES OF DENSE FOG WILL LEAD TO LOCALLY HAZARDOUS TRAVEL
CONDITIONS UNTIL MID-MORNING...

Areas of fog developed across the area overnight. Although the
visibility at most locations was sufficient for safe travel, there
were patches of dense fog where the visibility was considerably
lower, possibly as low as a few hundred feet. The fog will be most
dense near streams and rivers and in low-lying areas, and the
poorest visibility will generally be in these areas.

Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility due to
locally dense fog and allow extra time to reach their destination.
When driving in fog, be sure to slow down, keep a safe distance
from other vehicles, and use low-beam headlights.

The localized dense fog should dissipate around 900 am.
