snowy and ice covered roads will still make travel hazardous
during the evening hours. Motorists are urged to exercise caution

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT THIS EVENING...

At 6 pm, most areas have transitioned to all snow across eastern
Wisconsin. As cold air continues to push in behind the cold front,
flash freezing is possible on area roadways. This could make
travel hazardous, especially on untreated roadways, as the wet
roadways become ice covered with temperatures falling below
freezing. Up to an inch of snow is possible this evening. Use
extra caution if traveling or commuting.
