...AREAS OF DENSE FOG EXPECTED ALONG THE LAKE MICHIGAN
SHORELINE INTO THIS EVENING...

AREAS OF DENSE MARINE FOG WILL IMPACT THE LAKESHORE COUNTIES...
ESPECIALLY WITHIN A FEW MILES OF THE LAKE MICHIGAN SHORELINE.
VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN A QUARTER MILE AT
TIMES...AND MAY DROP TO AS LOW AS A FEW HUNDRED FEET IN SPOTS.
THE FOGGY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO IMPROVE IN MANITOWOC AND
KEWAUNEE COUNTIES BETWEEN 8 PM AND 10 PM...AND OVER MOST OF DOOR
COUNTY BETWEEN 10 PM AND MIDNIGHT. DENSE FOG MAY LINGER OVER FAR
NORTHERN DOOR COUNTY A LITTLE LONGER.

THE DENSE FOG WILL IMPACT TRAVEL ON INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 43
SOUTH OF MANITOWOC...HIGHWAY 42 FROM MANITOWOC TO ALGOMA...
AND HIGHWAY 57 FROM STURGEON BAY TO SISTER BAY. THOSE WITH
TRAVEL PLANS IN MANITOWOC...KEWAUNEE AND DOOR COUNTIES THIS
EVENING SHOULD ANTICIPATE HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS.

WHEN DRIVING IN FOG...BE SURE TO SLOW DOWN...KEEP A SAFE
DISTANCE FROM OTHER VEHICLES AND USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS.
