...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED ACROSS MOST OF THE AREA THIS
MORNING...

AT 645 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS FROM SOUTHWEST THROUGH NORTHEAST
WISCONSIN. INDIVIDUAL SHOWERS AND STORMS WITH THE BAND OF
PRECIPITATION WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH...WHILE THE WHOLE
AREA WAS SHIFTING EAST AT 20 MPH.

THE PRECIPITATION WAS EXITING NORTH-CENTRAL WISCONSIN. JUST SOME
SCATTERED LIGHT SHOWERS WILL LINGER THERE. THE SHOWERS AND STORMS
ACROSS CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST WISCONSIN WERE PRODUCING SOME
LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN AND ISOLATED WIND GUSTS TO AROUND 30 MPH. THE
SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL GRADUALLY SHIFT OUT OF THESE AREAS DURING
THE MID-MORNING HOURS.

THE STRONGEST STORMS WERE MOVING TOWARD EAST-CENTRAL WISCONSIN
FROM SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE STATE. ALTHOUGH THEY HAD WEAKENED A
BIT IN THE PAST 1/2 HOUR...THE PRODUCED ISOLATED WIND DAMAGE AS
THEY MOVED THROUGH SOUTH-CENTRAL WISCONSIN AROUND DAYBREAK. IF
THEY CONTINUE ON THEIR PRESENT TRACK AND MAINTAIN THEIR
INTENSITY...THEY WILL AFFECT LOCATIONS SOUTH OF A LINE FROM FROM
OSHKOSH TO CHILTON TO TWO RIVERS BETWEEN 730 AM AND 900 AM. BRIEF
GUSTY WINDS AND HEAVY RAINS CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS.

ANYONE TRAVELING ACROSS THE AREA THIS MORNING SHOULD EXPECT TO
ENCOUNTER THE SHOWERS AND STORMS...AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH
THEIR DESTINATION.
