.A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE CROSSING THE STATE WILL RESULT IN LIGHT
PRECIPITATION OVERSPREADING THE AREA OVERNIGHT. THE PRECIPITATION
WILL FALL PRIMARILY AS FREEZING DRIZZLE. SOME SNOW COULD BE MIXED
IN AT TIMES...ESPECIALLY TOWARD MORNING.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GREEN BAY HAS ISSUED A FREEZING
RAIN ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM CST THURSDAY.

* FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA BETWEEN 1000 PM AND
  100 AM.

* ONLY A THIN LAYER OF ICE IS EXPECTED. HOWEVER...EVEN A VERY
  THIN LAYER OF ICE FORMING ON ROADWAYS AND SIDEWALKS CAN LEAD TO
  EXTREMELY SLIPPERY CONDITIONS.

* THE FREEZING DRIZZLE COULD MIX WITH OR CHANGE TO SNOW AS IT
  DIMINISHES TOWARD MORNING. SNOW FALLING ON TOP OF THE ICE WILL
  RESULT IN A CONTINUATION OF HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS.

* THOUGH THE PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO HAVE DIMINISHED BY THE
  MORNING COMMUTE...UNTREATED SIDEWALKS AND ROADS WILL LIKELY
  REMAIN VERY SLIPPERY.
