.LOW PRESSURE WILL TRACK TOWARD NORTHEAST WISCONSIN THIS MORNING...
THEN SHIFT OUT OF THE STATE THIS AFTERNOON. PERIODS OF MODERATE TO
HEAVY SNOWFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL AND FAR NORTHEAST
WISCONSIN THROUGH MID-MORNING...THEN QUICKLY TAPER OFF.

MORNING...

* SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES...WILL GRADUALLY TAPER OFF ACROSS FAR
  NORTHERN WISCONSIN BETWEEN 8 AM AND 10 AM...THEN DIMINISH TO
  PATCHY LIGHT RAIN OR DRIZZLE DURING THE LATE MORNING.

* ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES WILL BOOST STORM
  TOTALS TO 8 TO 16 INCHES. THE HIGHEST TOTALS WILL OCCUR ACROSS
  VILAS COUNTY.

* REDUCED VISIBILITIES AND SNOW COVERED ROADS WILL RESULT IN
  HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS FOR THE MORNING COMMUTE.

* THE HEAVY SNOW WILL CAUSE SOME DAMAGE TO TREES AND BRANCHES...
  LEADING TO POWER OUTAGES IN SOME LOCATIONS.
