  DIMINISH BY NOON.

* SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 5 INCHES IS EXPECTED THIS
  MORNING.

* STRONG NORTH WINDS WILL CREATE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW AND
  VISIBILITIES REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES.
