.A WINTER STORM MOVING FROM THE OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE TOWARDS
NORTHERN ILLINOIS WILL BRING SIGNIFICANT SNOW TO THE REGION
TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT. AT LEAST 6 INCHES OF SNOW IS
EXPECTED...ALONG WITH SOME BLOWING SNOW AS WINDS INCREASE. THE
HEAVIEST SNOW IS EXPECTED TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. IT IS
EXPECTED TO CAUSE SIGNIFICANT TRAVEL PROBLEMS FOR SURFACE AND AIR

* HEAVY SNOW IS POSSIBLE FROM LATE TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH
  TUESDAY NIGHT...AND INCREASING WINDS WILL CAUSE BLOWING SNOW
  TO CONTINUE THROUGHOUT MUCH OF THE DAY ON WEDNESDAY.

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS IN EXCESS OF 6 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE.

* SIGNIFICANT REDUCTIONS IN VISIBILITY ARE POSSIBLE DUE TO
  BLOWING SNOW.

* TRAVEL COULD BE VERY DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY DURING THE
  AFTERNOON AND EVENING COMMUTE ON TUESDAY.
