.A MIX OF FREEZING RAIN...SLEET AND SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS TRAVEL THIS MORNING. AN ADDITIONAL COATING OF ICE IS
POSSIBLE ACROSS CENTRAL WISCONSIN AND PARTS OF NORTHEAST
WISCONSIN. PAVEMENT TEMPERATURES ARE NEAR FREEZING...SO ROADS AND
SIDEWALKS WILL BE VERY SLICK EVEN IF AIR TEMPERATURES RISE ABOVE
FREEZING.

* SNOW AND ICE ACCUMULATIONS...AN ADDITIONAL ONE TENTH ICE
  ACCUMULATION THIS MORNING...FOR A TOTAL OF AROUND ONE QUARTER
  INCH ICE ACCUMULATION. SOME SLEET AND SNOW IS POSSIBLE.

* IMPACTS...THE FREEZING RAIN WILL RESULT IN UNTREATED PAVEMENT
  BECOMING VERY SLIPPERY. TRAVEL WILL BE EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS.

* TIMING...A MIX OF FREEZING RAIN...SLEET...WILL CONTINUE THIS
  MORNING. THE MIX WILL GRADUALLY TURN TO LIGHT SNOW OVER PARTS OF
  NORTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN...AND MAINLY LIGHT RAIN OVER NORTHEAST
  WISCONSIN. THE PRECIPITATION WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH THIS
  MORNING.

* SNOW AND ICE ACCUMULATIONS...A TENTH OF AN INCH OF ICE IS
  POSSIBLE ON TREES AND OTHER ELEVATED SURFACES. UP TO A QUARTER
  INCH OF ICE COULD FORM ON UNTREATED PAVEMENT. AIR TEMPERATURES
  ARE LIKELY TO WARM A LITTLE ABOVE FREEZING THIS MORNING. BUT
  SINCE THE GROUND WILL BE MUCH SLOWER TO WARM...ICE IS LIKELY TO
  CONTINUE TO ACCRUE ON UNTREATED ROADS...SIDEWALKS...AND PARKING
  LOTS THIS MORNING.

* IMPACTS...THE FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET WILL RESULT IN UNTREATED
  PAVEMENT BECOMING VERY SLIPPERY. TRAVEL WILL BE EXTREMELY
  HAZARDOUS.
